I needed a quick appointment with a doctor, so they did it for me, and they did it – in a few months!!!!! And I'm not even talking about waiting for doctors: 30-40 minutes of waiting is a standard situation for them. And I don't even know about professional training – some of them are looking for answers to my symptoms on Google. So it is possible to be treated like this, and I could. Some really look like qualified doctors

I had an appointment at 3:20 pm. I had to pick my son up from school just in case it was a long appointment because you never know how long this place takes sometimes they're fast sometimes they're slow. I called when I was on my way and they said oh it's okay you have a 9 minute window I got there exactly on my 9 minute window and they said oh you have to reschedule. Mind you when I get here 25 minutes early on some appointments I have to wait 45 minutes for them to come into the room. . NO... YALL NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME

Dr. Windle has been the most helpful, caring, informed and knowledgeable family doctor for a very complex case with my dad quickly declining in health. She’s had to orchestrate a number of different specialties and referrals to help get my dad the care he needed, after not seeing a doctor for a few years on his own. She’s spent an enormous amount of time working with us getting him the care he needed. The staff and referrals have also been very supportive for everything from Munson In Home Care to the front desk staff. Thank you Dr. Windle and team!

While the medical staff at this facility has been very good, the front desk and reception staff are rude and not good to work with. My wife called and was told we could be seen the following morning or go to urgent care. When we called back to book a next day appointment (which we were told they had many of) the lady who answered the phone was rude and told us that they didn’t have any appointments, and that they don’t do same day or next day sick appointments. Needless to say we will be finding a different place to go. We have never encountered an office that has so much staff and has zero same day or next day appointments for sick individuals. It is nothing but a hassle to see a doctor here and it’s just not worth the time and effort.

I’ve been a patient for about 25 years with this practice. I like my current physician. He is thorough and knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes I have to schedule out quite a way if I want to see my regular doctor, but if I am willing to see one of the other physicians I can get in quickly. I went to the doc last Tuesday and I saw a doctor (Not my regular doctor.) He was very professional. He confirmed what I suspected and said that the office would refer me to get surgery scheduled. I heard nothing from Munson Family Medical Practice the rest of the week and nothing from the surgeon’s office. On Monday morning (now six days after my visit) I left a voicemail with Munson Family Medical asking about my surgery. No response, so I left another voicemail Monday afternoon. No response. I left another message on Tuesday. No response. I visited the office in person on Wednesday but arrived during lunch. I did speak with someone who said they would pass my concerns along to the office scheduling person, but I heard nothing. Late Wednesday, more than a week after my doctor consultation, I contacted the surgeon office directly and was surprised to find that they could see my information
